Bye bye bad bathroom

It has been a long time coming but we are finally remodeling the upstairs bathroom. Hooray! I am happy to say this is the last main room to remodel! Jess and I worked this last week to rip everything out and I have to say that we are soooo happy to see it out. The bathroom already looks better.

I wrote this short poem just now to help memorialize the moment.

Bye bye bad bathroom
Goodbye gold swan tiles -- I will not miss you.
Goodbye gold glitter with brown hues, gross, old marble bathroom sink.
Goodbye nasty bathtub tile grout that was re-caulked so many times, it makes me sad to think about the caulk we wasted on you.
Goodbye pink shelves that looked dirty no matter how much I cleaned.
Goodbye brown and gold laminate flooring -- I hope to never see you again.
