Why Babies R' Us? Why?

Dear Babies R' Us,

Why is your website so hard to use? Why do you have a stroller that is available for purchase but not available to put on my register? Why do you tease me like that? Do you hate me? Did I do something wrong? I don't understand. Please, please let me register for the Chicco Cortina Travel System Stroller in Sahara pattern. I like it the best out of all others. Please let me know how to make this happen. I will be eternally grateful!
