Resolutions and family visits

Hello from never never blog land. In this land we try to remember to update our blogs -- but usually we never never get to them. Sigh. However, with this new year, I have made a resolute resolution to update this blog on at least a weekly basis. Yes dear readers -- get ready for some first person composition for the year 2011.

For 2011 we rang in the New Year with our friend Kate and her new BF Eric at Root Down. It was great -- I had lobster risotto. Super yummy delicious. What made it even better was Jess' parents. Grandpa and Grandma H. are in town visiting us and they were able to watch Sawyer for us while we went out. This is amazing because we hardly ever have the opportunity for family to help us. Especially on a night like New Year's - if they hadn't been here -- we would not have been able to go out! Thank you! We love you and are very blessed!
