Trip to Indy, early birthday dinner and Sawyer said "apple!"

We are in full crazy mode around our house and are busy, busy, busy! Last weekend Sawyer and I went to Indiana to visit my family. It was super fun and I was so glad to see everyone. This weekend was a little more chill, we went out tonight to celebrate for my birthday and I am in full baby planning mode for our daughter's arrival, ETA Nov. 2nd. Next weekend we are going to Memphis and through it all we are both working crazy hours while trying to squeeze in as much time as possible with our son, with each other, and remembering to breathe.

Also during this time, Sawyer had his 18 month check up and we have all been sick at least twice - and have gotten my family sick too (sorry family!). Sawyer also pointed to an apple in a book and said, "Apple!" right out of the blue. And today he said "meow" mimicking the iPad flash card of a kitten. He is really growing up fast.
