In Alice in Wonderland the jabberwocky was a fierce creature that Alice slays. In my life, the jabberwocky is my son crying and jabbering at the same time. This is a new phenomenon. He was supposed to start cooing and making cute baby sounds in his crib first. He's done the cooing and baby sounds a few times -- but after 30 minutes of his jabberwockying today -- I think he has skipped the rest of his cute sound phase and gone directly to the jabberwocky.
Oh well -- he still is super cute!
